We use FreePBX, Asterisk and other OpenSource projects to accomplish 3 goals: -Call Center High Availability, Using FreePBX and Asterisk to manage automatic HA and configuration for Emergency Situations on the go. -Deep Insight, Call transcription using DeepSpeech Machine Learning OpenSource Technology. -Continuous Operation, Provide Tools to the Operative Areas to make/revert changes on the go without technical delays.
